So, in case you are following, my 30 day challenge ended early.  Did not have enough energy during fast to continue producing a painting a day.  But I did make it to day 21 of the fast.  Lost all the weight I intended, and decided to end that early as well.  In the meantime, now back to normal and energy much higher, started this 16×24 today on linen canvas.  It is based on two earlier small successful paintings, seeing if can translate to large.  Sometimes that works, sometimes not.  We shall see.  Here it is in early stage today.  Has been awhile since painted on larger stretched linen, so this is bit of exercise getting re acquainted with material and working into larger format.
